But it wasn’t until I walked through the vulnerable seasons of fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood myself that I truly understood how overwhelming it can be to navigate nutrition when the stakes feel so high. The information is endless, often conflicting, and rarely personal.
I remember feeling frustrated by the one-size-fits-all advice. I wanted someone who could zoom in on my body, my values, and my goals – and help me feel confident, not confused.
