Absolutely. You don’t need a diagnosis to seek support. Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, or postpartum, or starting solids with your baby, I’ll meet you where you are.
Do you offer meal plans?
Rather than rigid meal plans, I offer flexible, nourishing meal frameworks that support your goals and preferences. These can be adapted for your families needs and help make mealtime feel more doable and less overwhelming.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the spot to another family who may be waiting for care.
